Meet the Presenters


Patricia Carter Pat is a graphic designer by trade as well as a spiritual director, retreat and workshop presenter and facilitator. Her spirituality is based in the Ignatian Exercises having been a member of Christian Life Community and a participant, guide and mentor in the Bridges Program. Her passion is unpacking the Spiritual Exercises in light of the Universe Story. Pat lives in St. Louis with her son, Josh.
Maria Grimminger Maria is a member of Christian Life Community. She is a spiritual director living in the Detroit area with her husband, Frank. They have children and grandchildren.
Janet and Ron Nimer Janet and Ron have been members of the Nicholas Owen CLC in the St. Louis are for the past sixteen years. They have experienced the Ignatian Nineteenth Annotation Retreat (Retreat in Everyday Life) as well as the follow-up two year Prayer Companions program. Janet has a spiritual companioning ministry. They are the parents of five daughters and have twelve grandchildren. Ron is involved in a variety of volunteer programs in earth literacy, and nature education.
Lois and Kuruvila Zachariah Lois and Kuruvila are both teachers, biologists, members of Christian Life Communities of Canada and members of the Spiritual Heritage Education Network. Through the use of Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, meditation and skills with group dynamics, they work to promote the well being of Earth’s living networks.
