Storygroups

A powerful tool for helping us deepen our awareness of and participation in the Universe Story is telling our own stories in safe places where it will be affirmed, nurtured and called forth — storygroups. Storygroups not only challenge us to authentically live out our own stories, but develop their own story as well. Storygroups can take many forms: Small Christian Communities, Christian Life Community, Renew Groups, or simply a group of friends who meet and share stories.

Common elements of these groups are: a sense of being part of something larger than themselves, a sense of trust and openness born of a respect for each person's unique story, and sense of mission or engagement with the reality beyond the group.
